Insurance Information & financial policy

At Sunshine Coast Dental Group we accept all major insurance plans and follow the British Columbia Dental Association Fee Guide. 

Our staff is here to help you maximise your insurance reimbursement for performed procedures and to make that part of the process as simple as possible. As a courtesy for our patients, we can also help you plan for future dental treatments by requesting pre-authorisations and estimates from dental insurance companies. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, and Cash. The payment is due at the time service is rendered.
